Recently I have heard that Tohru Fujisawa is making new works for Weekly Shonen magazine. As he is my favorite manga author could you tell me more about them? They be the names of Kamen Teacher and Reverend D or around those names. Thanks

He kinda fell off after GTO. Rose Hip Rose was pretty bad.
I don't have high expectation for this "shunen" project but I guess we will have to wait and see. He need to do another comedy/hardcore yanki type manga.

Thanks man. I really liked GTO and the prequel to GTO. Rose Hip Rose and the sequels were not very good. He needs to do another GTO like manga. It is sad that a good writer is not making good manga. I agree with you completely.

Bit of a late reply I know, and you've probably found out for yourself but though I'd just put this on record anyway.

Fujisawa's latest titles are:
Kamen Teacher (in Shueisha's Young Jump)
Himitsu Sentai Momoider (in Shueisha's Young Jump Mankaku)
Reverend D (in Ichijinsha's Comic Rex)
and Animal Joe (Shogakukan's Big Comic Spirits)

It appears as though Kamen Teacher is over now, and possibly Momoider as well. Animal Joe only lasted for two chapters I believe but I'm under the impression that Reverend D is still happening. Man, he's jumping around from publisher to publisher like crazy isn't he?
