It seems as if all of the DVD release info which should be assigned to the TV series with this name is instead assigned to the 2-episode OVA titled Harukanaru Toki no Naka de ~Ajisai Yumegatari~, which is currently resulting in that OVA having nine DVD releases listed for it.
