Well, not happy about the character designs being used over and over...
But I have to say, it's funny to see Balmung confessing his love to Kite... XDDD (Although I'm a BalmungxBlackrose fan myself) ...I still say that the lead's voice is TERRIBLE. They really should have gotten a voice actress, and not a regular actress. She's not trained for this kind of work, she she sounds really bad. I'm disappointed by the animation choice... It looks very old. Although fluid, it's colors/shapes are very old, and I don't know how to describe it... |

The trailer's got me interested. The last I watched of the .hack franchise was when YTV aired //roots (and previous to that, //sign) a few years ago.

Really hopping for an R1 Release on this *crosses fingers* FUNimation picking up .hack//Quantum really makes me hope for the best.

I think the backgrounds are gorgeous, as are a lot of their items, but I'm not sure if I like the way the characters themselves are colored and designed.
I'm still excited to see more .hack// stuff though!! (also Balmung/Kite ftw! Even if Kite's being played by a girl..) |

Seems some 2D anime expressions don't work too well in 3D perspective.
