A few more seasons of this and Queen's Blade will officially enter "Long Runner" status. Not bad for a show some claimed would never make it past its first season.

Well if they were merely running around half-naked it would indeed be quite boring. Luckily, they do loose the rest of their clothing and get kinky occasionally, especially the OVA/specials, Other than actually having a good story (*shock* yes), I'm surprised why anyone would be surprised at its appeal

While the half naked women are nice especially Melona the story is actually pretty good aswell.

yea give reason why queen's blade series been like cult hit oh let see
1.an all star female seiyu cast list 2.most of characters are females 3.action & service good grief we win. list keep on going hey all i'm waiting is another ayako-mamiko yuri lesbian doing it all good. |

I'm not surprised or disappointed that more QB content is getting animated. As a long-time fantasy RPG player, this has been one of my favorite fan service-oriented franchises.
As to why it's still so successful? Simple: it has a hefty amount of quality T&A and actually fits it into a genuine story which has some real character development. |

I understand why someone who is probably female like "Lizzie_B" wouldn't understand why stuff like this is made, but its probably the same reason why us guys can't understand the appeal of the yaoi stuff that keeps on being made. You all buy it, just like we love to buy the ecchi stuff.
