Trivia:

In ep 2, at around 8 minutes in, season 1's opening song is playing in the background of Cafe Lemon.

During the endings, there will sometimes be a animal or object with or pass by squid girl that was related to the episode.

In ep 3, the cafe "Lenon" is obviously in reference to John Lenon.

In ep 5, when Takeru leaves to go play a game at his friends house, the game is called "Hedgehog Cart 2." This is obviously a spin on the popular "Mario Cart" series.
