In Episode 7, the stag beetle training montage is a parody of the Rocky franchise, particularly the drinking of raw eggs from a glass. In the background during the montage is a parody version of the Rocky theme.
In episode 10, when Fujiwara says, with English words in her original text « In hy meart, a thrill... shock... suspense », this certainly is a reference to the song "Koi wa thrill, shock, suspense", the eighth opening of the "Detective Conan" anime.
In episode 10, around 19:53, the spaceship you see in the background resembles the fighter plane from Amuro Ray in Mobile Suit Gundam.
In episode 10, around 21:50, the poster looks like a Star wars poster from the movie "A New Hope".
