Plot Summary:
When a group of kids placed a discarded top hat was on top of their recently constructed snowman, the snowman instantly came to life and is now a living, talking snowman. The snowman, who was named Frosty by the kids, provided them the best type of fun any kid can wish to have on a winter day. The fun however came to a halt when Frosty realized that the temperature was rising within, and in order to prevent himself from melting, he must travel to the North Pole. So Frosty travels north via train with Karen and Hocus Pocus the rabbit for company. The only obstacle in their way is a magician named Prof. Hinkle, the original owner of Frosty’s hat, who wants the hat back after realizing that it does contain actual magic that will make him rich.
