Trivia:

This wasn't technically not the first animated adaptation of the Frosty the Snowman song. In 1951, a three-minute black and white short was made by UPA. Interestingly, that short also featured a scene of the children dancing around Frosty.

Upon its original airing on TV, it featured Karen and her friends all being voiced by June Foray(who also voiced the school teacher). However upon the special’s third airing on TV, June Foray’s voice recordings of Karen and the school kids were replaced with new recordings of actual kids voicing the characters.
