Trivia:

In Ep.04, Otonashi Kyoko from Maison Ikkoku (or at least someone who looks startlingly similar) makes an appearance.

In the bathtub scene of episode 11, Guchuko from Potemayo is clearly visible.

In the same scene Guchuko appears, after Ink throws Arks out of the window, a re-enactment of the scene from Rizelmine episode 14 appears in terms of setting, arm movements, head tilts, and even similar dialogue including start and end of phrase exactly the same.

in the beginning of episode 1, the knights' captain's helmet resembles the helmet worn by Char Aznable of the first Gundam series. The captain himself also seems to resemble Ramba Ral to an extent.

during Dandy's first exit, he uses Akira's "Bye-bee!" from Lucky☆Star.

In the unaired episode (13), the outfit Nao wears is a blatant parody of Tenkawa Akito from Nadesico: Prince of Darkness. This is a Seiyu in-joke as both Nao and Akito is voiced by Yuji Ueda.

In the episode 2 while "Kuroi Sumi"is behind a Pole there is a impression attached to it, and while the scene changes the ad changes too:1st - 04:08min - A Neko-mimi character and the advertisement states "Boku, otoko no ko da yo... Sorede mo ii no...?" meaning "I'm a boy. Is it okay, even if...? 2nd - 04:31 min - A bride saying "Kekkon shimashita" meaning "I've married." 3rd - 04:50min - A maid and the ad says "Meido bosshyu 13sai made de" meaning Ëmploying maids, until 13 year-old".4th - 04:59min - a High-schooler girl saying "Tokomeki ga tomaranai" meaning "The heartbeat doesn't stop"

In the 13th episode the fight between Karks and Mio (16:10min), he turns into Joe Higashi - who is dubbed by Hiyama Nobuyuki - the same seiyuu of Karks. He even use the "screw upper"technique

In the Moetan Corner of episode 4, one of the signs behind Alice reads "Adults, kids, and even my brother." This is a parody of MOTHER2's tagline ("Adults, kids, and even my sister").

The news reporter on the television at the beginning of episode 5 is Mutsumune Escartin from Getsumen to Heiki Mina.

In ep 8 a parody Yugioh card is shown in the bathtub scene with Ark on it and the Hell Girl catch phrase is also uttered

In various episodes, we can see Mio Tezuka concentrate, and we can see a watermelon breaking in space. After that, Mio's abilities are rised up, as she can calculate instantly various things. This is a reference to Gundam SEED, when a coordinator like Kira Yamato enters SEED Mode, there is the same animation, while the watermelon is replaced by a purple stone(a "SEED").

Episode 12 5:52, there's a poster of Hinagiku and Nagi from Hayate no Gotoku with different hair color.

The basket ball that hit Ink in episode 1 says "GYM SUITS are on the verge of extinct" probably referring to how schools in Japan are moving away from them more and more.

In episode 5 when Arks is trying to save Ka-kun and the old man stops him he is shown as Kamen Rider and Ultraman

Multiple visual references to The Transformers. In episode 5 (7:52) there is a still of a giant robot reminiscent of Unicron from the 1986 Transformers animated movie. Also at (21:16) Nao has a model of a robot that bears a striking resemblence to Generation 1 (1984) Megatron. Episode 11 (8:38) has an image of Generation 1 (1984) Optimus Prime (in a different colour scheme) printed on a sign. Nao also has a model of what looks like Powerlinx Hot Shot from the Transformers Armada (2002) series (17:51)

In episode 7, Karks follows up with an attack with a giant hammer while shouting "HIKARI NI NARE", a reference to Goldion Hammer from King of Braves GaoGaiGar. This is an in-joke as Karks and Shishioh Guy is voiced by Nobuyuki Hiyama.

In episode 7 when Arks is explaining Alice's trap to every one his face turns into Conan from Case Closed

In episode 8, at 12:29, Dandy throws a rose and calls himself, "Dandy Mask". This is a parody of Sailor Moon's, "Tuxedo Mask".

In Episode 9, Ink can be seen wearing bear panties; a reference to Rizelmine.

In episode 9 when Arks lands into Rina's crotch in the sauna Rina says "Ippei shinde miru?" which is a well known catch phrase from Jigoku Shoujo, and Later you see Arks being ferried away by Alice like Enma Ai ferries away her victims.

In episode 10 at 5:10, "our one and only Alice" as said by Ink might be a reference to the "Alice Game" in Rozen Maiden.

In addition of Guchuko appearing in episode 11, the titular character of Potemayo appears as a figurine multiple times in the episode.

In episode 12 when then vegetable store clerk calls out to Arks there is a Pottemayo poster next to the clerk.

In Episode 12 at around the 16:30 minute mark, Kark is spying on Ark's actions through a kitchen window. At the base of the window are two easily identifiable soft drinks, Jolt Cola and Tab.

In episode 13, when Mio steps out of the shower, she says that "Hayate is on" and that Miki is in it. Eri Nakao, Mio's seiyuu, voiced Miki, one of the three Student Council girls, in Hayate no Gotoku.

In Episode 13, at about the 1:35 mark, at the start of the voiceover narrative, the Death Star from the Star Wars saga is displayed.
