Frontier Works, Animate.tv's teaser site opens with silhouettes of 5 characters
The production company Frontier Works and video-streaming site Animate.tv have launched a teaser site for a new original project called "Halloween Town" at midnight on Halloween. The website features the silhouettes of five characters, and Animate.tv indicates that more information about the characters and the project will be revealed later.
