Dragon Quest I, II, III Game Commercials, Promo Streamed

Collection featuring Nintendo, Super Nintendo versions of 3 games to be released on September 15

The official website for Square Enix's Dragon Quest franchise is streaming three television commercials and a promotional video for the Famicom & Super Famicom Dragon Quest I, II, III video game collection. (The website is also streaming the videos in QuickTime format.)

The collection will include both the Famicom (Nintendo) and Super Famicom (Super Nintendo) versions of Dragon Quest I, Dragon Quest II, and Dragon Quest III on one disc. The game is being released as part of the franchise's 25th anniversary.

The indie anime studio Kamikaze Douga is animating a new opening sequence for the game. The collection will also include footage of Dragon Quest X: Mezameshi Itsutsu no Shuzoku, the franchise's first online game, which is currently in development.

Famicom & Super Famicom Dragon Quest I, II, III will be released for the Nintendo Wii console on September 15.
