Ryū ga Gotoku 1 & 2 HD Edition arrives in Japan November 1

The official website for Sega's Ryū ga Gotoku (Yakuza) game franchise began streaming a four-minute trailer on Wednesday for Ryū ga Gotoku 1 & 2 HD Edition, a high-definition version of the first two games which were originally released for PlayStation 2.

Also on Wednesday, the website for Enterbrain's Famitsu magazine revealed screenshots of the upcoming PlayStation 3 release of the high-definition compilation. Sega will release Ryū ga Gotoku 1 & 2 HD Edition on November 1. The compilation will cost 5,229 yen (about US$67).
