Bayonetta gets an all-new look in Platinum Games sequel
Platinum Games executive creative producer Atsushi Inaba revealed in details of the Bayonetta 2 sequel during the live-streamed Wii U Developer Direct presentation on Tuesday. The video gives a rundown on Bayonetta's Umbran Climax technique, controls with the Wii U gamepad, and her new hair and costume.
Nintendo began streaming a behind-the-scenes trailer for Platinum Games' Bayonetta 2 Wii U game during the Nintendo Direct presentation in January.
The sequel will be a Wii U exclusive game. Platinum Games and Sega released the first action game on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in Japan in October 2009 and then in North America in January 2010. Platinum Games and Nintendo have not yet revealed a release date for the new game.
