Osamu Tezuka is Alive!

A reader has informed us that "Osamu Tezuka is not actually dead, rather he was caught hanging out with Elvis at a diner in western Oklahoma.". Our reader unfortunately failed to mention which diner the formerly-deceased animator visited.
