L'Arc-en-Ciel to perform for first time in USA

Tofu Records and Otakon announced earlier today that L'Arc~en~Ciel will perform their first ever concert in the United States at Otakon. The Concert will take place at the 10,000-seat 1st Mariner Arena on Saturday, July 31st at 5pm.
