Book of Daniel and Manga

NBC's The Book of Daniel premiered this past Friday night. In it, the main character's daughter, Alison, is an aspiring manga artist. She is arrested for selling Marijuana in order to finance her manga. Readers who have seen the show have pointed out that the girl's "manga" does not look anything like traditional manga - However it is a Yaoi story based on her gay brother.
