Some Issues Reported with 4 January 8 Bandai Ent. DVDs - Update

Bandai Entertainment's customer service reportedly to handle issues directly

The Right Stuf International anime retailer has announced that Bandai Entertainment is directly handling the playback issues that customers are reporting with the distributor's DVDs that are scheduled for today, including Flag Volume 2, Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny Volume 12, and My-Otome Volume 4. People who experience issues with these DVDs should contact Bandai Entertainment's customer service via its website.

Another anime retailer, The Robert's Anime Corner Store, has updated its blog to note that 50% of its shipment of the Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny Volume 12 DVD have had issues reported. (The store previously noted that this DVD has had more issues reported than the others.) The store is suspending shipments of this specific volume and placing new orders of the volume on back order until it receives replacement stock.
