Minami-ke Original Animation DVD Reportedly Green-Lit

3 main actresses, asread to return for June 23 DVD release after 3rd TV run
A flyer has reported announced that a new Minami-ke original animation DVD has been green-lit for release on June 23 in Japan. A limited edition of the sixth volume of Coharu Sakuraba's Minami-ke manga will bundle the DVD. The animation studio asread will produce the episode, which will run about 25 minutes. Minami-ke tells the story of three sisters who live on their own and depend on each other to solve whatever problems may arise. Rina Satō (Haruka Minami), Marina Inoue (Kana Minami), and Minori Chihara (Chiaki Minami) will reprise their roles as the three sisters in this DVD and in the Minami-ke: Okaeri television series that will premiere in Japan on January 4.
