The official website for the One Piece anime films has begun streaming the second 45-second teaser trailer for this December's One Piece Film Strong World on Friday. This movie is the 10th installment in the long-running theatrical franchise based on Eiichiro Oda's pirate manga. Unlike previous One Piece films, Oda is personally overseeing this film's production. He created the movie's story and has drawn over 120 pages of rough drawings for its production. The film's website will stream the first full trailer on August 8.
The film will open in Japan on December 12. Viz Media published the 21st volume of the original manga in North America last month, and Funimation has been releasing the television anime version and the eighth film, One Piece: The Desert Princess and The Pirates: Adventure in Alabasta.
The 132-second commercial for the "Volume 0 DVD" of the Queen's Blade: Gyokuza no Tsugumono (literally, "Queen's Blade: Inheritor of the Throne," or Queen's Blade and the evil eye) television anime series has begun streaming on the YouTube website and on the anime's official website. Media Factory will sell the DVD at next month's Comic Market 76 event in Tokyo. The project is the second television anime season based on Queen's Blade, Hobby Japan's Japanese spinoff from Flying Buffalo's Lost Worlds combat picture book games. A Volume Zero DVD for the first season was released at the last Comic Market in December.
