Hudson's Absorption Into Konami Completed

Documents filed on January 17, the game company Hudson confirmed that it will no longer be a separate company as of March 1. Its business operations will continue, but they will be absorbed in its parent company, Konami. Hudson has been a 54%-owned subsidiary of Konami since 2005. Konami made Hudson a wholly owned subsidiary last spring.
