Namco Bandai to Combine 2 European Subsidiaries

Namco Bandai Holdings announced on Wednesday that it is combining two of its subsidiaries in Europe. Namco Bandai Games Europe S.A.S.(NBGE, based in Paris, France) and Namco Bandai Partners S.A.S. (NBP, based in Lyon, France) will become one subsidiary, Namco Bandai Games Europe S.A.S., on September 28.
Currently, NBGE handles sales and marketing for games, while NBP is indirectly responsible for European game sales.
