Man Arrested for Uploading 81diver Manga via Share

According to Japan's Association of Copyright for Computer Software (ACCS), a 43-year-old male company employee from Shimane prefecture was arrested on May 14 on suspicion of uploading and distributing volume 2 of Yokusaru Shibata's 81diver manga series without the copyright holders' permission. The suspect had allegedly used the Share file-sharing software program to upload the volume around August 7, 2012. According to the authorities, the man has admitted to the charges.
