Missions of Love's Toyama Draws 'Jupi-tan no Ita Natsu' 1-Shot

The 21st issue of Gentosha's Comic Spica manga magazine, which was released on Monday, features a one-shot manga by Missions of Love author Ema Toyama titled "Jupi-tan no Ita Natsu" (The Summer with Jupi-tan). The short follows a simple girl named Kanae who meets a UFO-like creature named Jupi-tan. The heartwarming story follows the coming-of-age of Kanae as she forms a bond with Jupi-tan, who happens certain hidden powers.

North American manga publisher Kodansha Comics publishes Toyama's Missions of Love (Watashi ni xx Shinasai!) in English. Kodansha also released I Am Here! and Shugo Chara-chan!, and Tokyopop previously published Toyama's Pixie Pop: Gokkun Pucho manga.
