Former Last Guardian Producer Forms New Company

Yoshifusa Hayama, the former executive producer of The Last Guardian game project, established a new, entirely independent company called UrCase. Hayama served as a vice president and the head of development at Sony Computer Entertainment until he left the company in 2011, about the same time that The Last Guardian creative director Fumito Ueda also left the company. (Ueda said this past February that he still has creative supervision over The Last Guardian project.)

Hayama served as the creative director at the London-based social network game company Bossa Studios after leaving Sony, but he is returning to Japan with the founding of UrCase.
