Final Fantasy Explorers Game to Ship With Collector's Edition

Features case, soundtrack, artbook, weapons from different Final Fantasy games

Nintendo announced during its Nintendo Direct presentation on Thursday that Square Enix will release its Final Fantasy Explorers Nintendo 3DS game with a Collector's Edition. Aside from a copy of the game, the Collector's Edition will include a Nintendo 3DS XL case, a soundtrack with 20 tracks from the game, and an artbook.

The Collector's Edition will also feature four exclusive quests that will unlock weapons from various Final Fantasy games. The weapons include: Venus Gospel (Final Fantasy VII), Death Penalty (Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII-), Crimson Blitz (Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII), and Thyrus (Final Fantasy XIV).

The game shipped in Japan in December 2014, and will ship in North America on January 26, and in Europe on January 29.
