Kotatsu Festival Cardiff Dates Announced

Three-day Cardiff event from September 29 to October 1.

The Welsh 'Kotatsu' festival has announced on its website that its next Cardiff event will run for three days from September 29 to October 1, at the Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff. There will also be a Kotatsu event at Aberystwyth, but the date(s) for this have not been announced yet.
