The official Twitter account of the stage adaptation of the Tsukiuta franchise announced new cast members for the franchise's fourth and fifth stage plays on Thursday.

In addition, Ryōhei Takanaka is replacing Taiki Yamazaki in the role of Arata Uzuki.

The cast for the Procellarum group includes: (Note: Images in costume are from a previous version of the musical.)

Yūki Tomotsune as Shun Shimotsuki

Kazumi Doi as Kai Fuzuki

Shūto Washio as Yō Hazuki

Yoshiki Tani as Yoru Nagatsuki

Yūsaku Satō as Rui Minazuki

Tsubasa Sasa as Iku Kannazuki

The 4th play will run at the Zepp Blue Theater Roppongi from October 11 to 15. The fifth play will run in December.

The first stage play ran in April 2016 in "Black" and "White" versions focused on Six Gravity and Procellarum, respectively. The second stage performance ran in October 2016 in "Sakura Chapter" and "Moon Chapter" versions, both of which starred both groups but focused on different characters. The third play, School Revolution!, ran in March 2017, again with Black and White versions for the different groups.

The franchise already inspired vocal music CDs, duet CDs, drama CDs, a DVD of a fan festival with the cast, and an artbook. The franchise inspired a television anime last July. Funimation streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.

The franchise has both a male version and a female version. The male version centers around the Tokyo idol unit Six Gravity (composed of characters representing December to May) and the sibling rival unit Procellarum (composed of idols born in Western Japan and representing June to November).
