Cosplay Cruise Open to More Attendees, Event Photographer Announced

COSPLAY CRUISE NOW OPEN TO ATTENDEES AGED 16-18! PLUS NEWS OF EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER!

The UK's first aquatic Cosplay part brings younger attendees on board and announces professional photography shoots for guests!

London, 27th May 2010: Due to incredible demand and a tidal wave of requests, Cosplay Cruise is pleased to announce that the inaugural voyage of ‘The UK's First Ever Aquatic Cosplay Party’ will now be open to guests aged 16 and above, thus lifting the over-18s restriction initially in place.

“We've been inundated with requests from disappointed younger cosplayers since we first announced the Cosplay Cruise,” says Cosplay Cruise co-chairman Matt Kamen, “and so we went back to the proverbial drawing board, and have now managed to arrange passage for fans aged 16 and 17. We're delighted to be able to include more people in the evening's festivites now and can't wait to see what amazing costumes people come up with on the night! Of course, under-18s won't be allowed to buy alcohol but with live music performances, competitions, karaoke, our newly-announced photo shoots and even more, we'll have so much else going on that they won't want to!”

Cosplay Cruise is also pleased to announce that professional photographer Nicky Farley will be on board with us, offering a selection of stunning photoshoots in which you can display your finest regalia. This will be a one-on-one service running through the evening, with personal attention paid to each cosplayer wishing to take part. Thanks to Nicky's expertise and specialised lighting equipment, she'll be able to capture beautiful outdoor photos with London and the Thames, in all its nocturnal glory, providing a truly unique backdrop. Cosplayers won't want to pass up this opportunity!

Nicky will also be offering glossy prints of your portraits, printed on the night for you to take home with you, for the low price of £10. You will also get the full range of your personal photoshoot available online after the event.

Samples of Nicky's work can be seen in her online portfolio at http://nickyfarley.co.uk/.

The Cosplay Cruise sets sail from Tower Bridge on 10th July 2010 and the event runs from 19:00-00:00 GMT. Tickets are on sale now at GBP £25.00 each. Bookings close on 25th June – get yours now!
