Crunchyroll set to delve heavily into the anime fan culture and its followers with the second season of OVZ

San Francisco, Calif. After a successful first season, they will be returning to support and showcase a unique side of Japanese culture for a second season, exclusively on Crunchyroll. Otaku-Verse Zero aims to bring “otaku all over the universe” fun and lively coverage of anime, manga, and Japanese pop culture. New episodes will be available immediately to world audiences except Japan every Friday at 6 p.m. PST starting on April 1st.

Patrick Macias, co-host of Otaku-Verse Zero said, “Yuu and I had tremendous amounts of fun working in the studio together on Season One. For the new season of Otaku-Verse Zero, we're actually going to be walking the streets of Tokyo together in search of anime, manga and thrills with the occasional ninja thrown in for good measure. We sincerely hope you'll join us at our new home at Crunchyroll!”

Episodes can be accessed from Crunchyroll.com, the free iPad and iPhone application, the Android application, Roku, Boxee, Vizio VIA, WD TV Live and additional set-top channels, and affiliate partners.
