Company to Present Products for First Half of 2012
EL SEGUNDO, CA (February 8, 2012)– On the heels of a successful 2011, Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (Konami) is enthusiastic to share its 2012 line-up of Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME (TCG) products at this year's American International Toy Fair at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City from February 12th-15th. Products scheduled to be released through July will be on display in the Konami Booth #4832.

Making its recent debut on February 7th is the epic Dragons Collide Structure Deck. This ready-to-play 40-card Deck sees LIGHT and DARK combining forces for the first time in a Structure Deck platform, making for a fearsome team. Duelists can play with it right out of the box, or use the cards to create and customize their own Deck. Many of these cards work well with cards found in the Order of Chaos and Photon Shockwave booster sets, allowing a player to make a unique and powerful Deck; available for an MSRP of $9.99 per Deck.
Bursting at the seams with the hottest cards from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX is the Ra Yellow Mega-Pack launching February 21st. First introduced in last year's Legendary Collection 2: The Duel Academy Years, Mega-Packs are a new kind of booster pack, each containing at least one card of each rarity, including one Secret Rare, one Ultra Rare, one Super Rare, and one Rare in every pack – guaranteed. Ra Yellow Mega-Packs are no exception. These Mega-Packs benefit from a smaller overall set size than the original Legendary Collection 2 mega-set, which makes the best cards easier to snatch up. They also have two more cards per pack, bringing the cards-per-pack total to an impressive 11 cards, and at an MSRP of $4.99, are a fantastic value.
The immortal battle between light and darkness continues its devastating swath of destruction in March as the Order of Chaos Special Edition is unveiled on the 6th. This Special Edition gives Duelists a second chance to get their hands on the year's first set, Order of Chaos. Each Order of Chaos Special Edition contains three booster packs, plus one Super Rare card (either Effect Veiler or The Winged Dragon of Ra) for an MSRP of $9.99 each.

Exploding onto the scene in May are three product releases. Also releasing on May 29th is the first ever Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG product designed specifically for Sealed Pack play – Battle Pack: Epic Dawn*! Sealed Pack play is where Duelists buy new packs and play with the contents right out of the wrapper, rather than using cards from their existing collections. Sealed Pack games are a wild and wooly ride, where each player's skills and abilities are tested to their limits. For an MSRP of $1.99 per pack, Battle Pack: Epic Dawn will be supported by brand new Sealed Pack tournament experiences, so Duelists will need to practice in advance with Battle Packs at home.
