Azumanga Daioh (TV) Masterpiece Quite possibly the funniest thing ever. Not seeing this anime ought to be a crime in the anime fan world. There are so many laughs and WTF moments in this... It's probably the most watched series in my collection.
Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan (TV) Masterpiece A great anime-parody anime. Only 8 episodes (nuuuuu!), but each one is packed with laughs. It's a bit gory in scenes, but what else would you expect from a Club-to-Death Angel? XD
Bottle Fairy (TV) Excellent Soooo cute! I actually think this anime reminds me a bit of Azumanga Daioh, only instead of schoolgirls, you've got fairies. And instead of wacky adventures in high school, you've got wacky adventures in imagination. A lot of the jokes are culture-related, but the humor still came through with good translation notes.
Cardcaptor Sakura (TV) Masterpiece WTF?! Instead of asking yourself "Why should I watch this?" Ask yourself why you haven't already, jerk.
Cardcaptor Sakura: The Movie Masterpiece Well, if you like Cardcaptor Sakura, you'll like this. Duh.
Green Green (TV) Excellent Yes, it's ecchi. Yes, it's totally perverse. It's also hilarious and has really likeable characters. And I'm a girl... so you know this isn't only on here for the fan-service (which there's a lot of, heh)
Green Green Thirteen: Erolutions (OAV) Very good Okay, this is all-out hentai in two scenes... but the rest is worth the viewing, IF you've watched all of Green Green. It definitely gives more closure to the series and provides what many feel the ending was lacking.
Kimi wa Pet (live-action TV) Masterpiece
Princess Princess (TV) Excellent
Samurai Champloo (TV) Very good (dub & sub) Okay, I'm sure almost everyone on the planet is busy recommending this series... so I doubt you need my input on it. It's good. That's all I have to say.
Ultra Maniac (TV) Excellent I'm going to go out on a limb here... and say that I liked this even more than the manga. The magical girl elements are played up more in the anime, but with the addition of the character Maya and the whole Princess thing... it makes for a more exciting story.
Witch Hunter Robin (TV) Masterpiece OMGWTFBBQ. I'll say that the re-watchability of this series is low (since the main appeal is what's going to happen next), but the first time through... is sheer magic. It's such a compelling story and the characters and interactions are just fascinating.
