I need help.Im making a website and I need to know whats the top ten or even five of the best Anime:horro,comedy,fantasy,action,martial arts,magial girl,sports.Can you help me with at least one of these thanks

Full Metal Alchemist is one of the best I have ever seen.
Macross and Zeta Gundam do great sci-fi classics. Record of Lodoss War OVA amazing fantasy anime |

Thats a really though call, because the term "best" is really dependent on one`s tastes. But I can try and give a fairly objective opinion.
Horror (this is really tough because there just isn`t enough straight Horror anime shows): - my first choice would be Blood: the Last Vampire. - Elfen Lied; its new but extremly violent, you could say its a horror show. - Urotsukidoji - Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, NOT the first movie (that one sucked) but the secodn one which is a masterpiecie!!! - and MAYBE you could classify Perfect Blue as a psychological Horror. Of course there are other, less known anime titles but in my oppinion this would be the top 5. And one more thing. Hellsing is not a Horror anime. More like Action, Urban Fantasy. But no Horror. Martial Arts: - Tenjou Tenge I personally think the manga is better but the anime is fairly good. It has a good dose of comedy but of course its main theme is ass kicking. - Street Fighter there is a TV series, movie and an OAV. I am huge fan of SF and to me its oen of the best martial arts anime. - Fatal Fury: the Movie some people really hate it but I enjoyed it! Especially when the main character is charging the enemy yelling POWER KNUCKLES! Hillarious 
- Teken: the motion picture Say what you want but to me this movie rocks! Nuff said.
And thats all I got in Martial Arts. I mean, Naruto has some good fights and Shadow skill also but thats it from the good titles. And I am not touching the other categories bercause the area is just too vast. In case anyone was offended I didn't mention they fav anime from the above groups, I am sorry. Its just very hard to try and stay objective on this kind of topic. |

It's as Arkard said, it all depends on your personal taste.
For example, my personal top five favorite anime are: 1) Naruto 2) X tv 3) The Twelve Kingdoms 4) Berserk 5) Wolf's Rain You see. Now some people would probably say that some of the anime on my list were some of the worst anime that they have ever seen, but I wouldn't care because these are my personal favs .
That's one of the many great things about anime. There is something out there for everyone. |
