I visited Azuki-Chan (TV) entry in the Encyclopedia and found there are no ratings on them. Is it because there aren't enough votes, or some kind of error? Anime dazed

Yes.

Strange. Azuki-chan is extremely popular in East Asia (15 reruns. That's right. 15 RERUNS in 7 years on 3 different stations in Taiwan; also very popular in Hong Kong), yet almost no one has watched it in Western hemisphere.
