Well...what's YOUR opinion? Just saying you're "hooked" doesn't tell us anything, really.

I love the books - they're some of the best fantasy manga/manwha/what-have-you I've read.
At points, the story is quite see-through, but the character work is well done. The art is also quite well done, I love the costume and monster designs. The ladies look alike tho', when it's just a facial shot, so sometimes it's difficult to tell Iris and Fenrir apart. But overall, it's excellant stuff - I wish Jin-Lee would stop messing with the game and produce more. |

It's pretty good. I've always had a thing for Norse Mythology so It's really cool. Plus I really love RPGs and the character stat sheet right in the beginning of the books is pretty cool. I'm only 3 away from getting what remains of what was released. I can't beleive this is related to the game and that anime which was also apparently related to the game. It just seems so out there I didn't think it was possible to make things related to that MMO.

In case you didn't know, it's Ragnarok, NOT "Ragnaroc."

Yeah, there's a game. It's an online RPG. I really like it, it's fun. What I'm currently playing on is a free server made by someone else, but it's still the same thing. The link is www.ragnarokrevolution.com , if you're interested. Check it out.
But enough about that. I've always wanted to read Ragnarok, but never got around to it. I really should try and read it. |

Not necessarily. If you see my post above, I play on a FREE server. It's still relatively new, but features classes and areas not available on the original server. So if you join the server I linked to, then it's free.
Also, which came first: the anime/manga or the game? Just curious. |

I think it was the game, then the anime, then the manga seeing as how the manga is still supposedly in developement

It went manga, game, and then anime - the sudden explosion of of the game is the reason why the author stopped working on the manga, so he could do more work on designing and building newer stuff for the game.

Agreed - MMO's aren't exactly my things, but manga's right up my alley.

Mr Lee is working on the Ragnarok 2 Online game that is yet to be release, that's why he isn't working on the manga. He could go back to doing manga since he stated that he wish Ragnarok to be like 40 vol or more, but the online game is currently bringing in the big money for him.
