I highly doubt they'd be able to put a lien on your property or something similar, especially since they'd be paying in coins.

The next question is if you back out how will they even collect the money?
I highly doubt they'd be able to put a lien on your property or something similar, especially since they'd be paying in coins. |
Advanced money-deposit, returned after completion of the event? (Like rental property.)
