As someone who was vaguely into the card game...this could be a fun way to waste even more time on FB.

Tried it and it's horrible... even not knowing the original Yu-Gi-Oh!, this game will still look bad (I play the original card game). If one has played the original it feels even worse, not only have they changed all the mechanics, but the large majority of cards have been completely changed, the Blue Eyes White Dragon, for example, has 2200 attack power O.o, you can only put 3 cards on the field and the turns aren't in any way like the original (nor are the cards and it's effects).
Played 5 minutes until I completed chapter 3, and it felt like I played for 40 minutes, boring as hell. (besides, Yugi is always your opponent, which is plain weird). Try it out, you'll see what I mean... they really could've done a great game for FB, but it ended up being something "to be on FB". |
