The place does look sharp. I wonder how much Yen the developer is going milk from the potential Otaku renters. I bet its not going be cheap!! Those rooms look potentially huge, in Tokoyo, thats big money.

^The article says the building is located in Sapporo, not Tokyo.
The building looks interesting. I wonder if certain suite units are going to be priced more depending on the mecha to which they reference. |
