hello can someone please explain thoroughly how to use torrents? i dont know what to do with the mirrors i download or anything! which mirror should i have? i dont know what im doing and i know i need this for anime so please can someone help me!?

Torrents themselves aren't illegal, it's the files that can be sent over them that makes them potentially illegal. Now let's face it, well over 90% of the use of torrents out there are for illegal reasons. Of course, on top of that the only real relevancy this topic could possibly have regarding anime is to obtain illegal downloads, which is not allowed on the forums while on the other hand if it isn't in regard to downloading anime then it's completely OT and has no real purpose here.
