I kind of like this too. Not much happens in it, but it's cute and charming and does offer a breather between more serious high-octane fare.

I almost dropped this after the first eppie, but then gave the second one a chance and liked it more. I dig "Mom". Not sure I'll need to own this, but ya never know.

I'm glad that this is licensed; I'm really enjoying the show. However, Sentai will undoubtedly release this as DVD only, which means I won't be buying it. I don't buy DVDs of shows that are in HD and have a Blu-ray release in Japan anymore.

So either I'm gonna import the Japanese Blu-rays, if it proves good enough in the end, or I just won't be owning this show.

Everyone watch the legal streams, then maybe they'll give it a BD release. I know they've said something to that effect at a con before

While this is great news, it really only makes me wonder why Yuruyuri wasn't licensed...

yururyui is actually quite popular in japan
they may be asking alot in licensing fees or the rights holder is asking the title be withheld for now, toaru majutsu took like 3 years I think.

getchaman, to be fair, did you buy listen to me father or acchi kochi or another?
honestly, I think they have learned their lesson and Japanese companies have more 'realistic' expectations and no one is asking stupid millions in fees like with how evangelion did.

I'm rather highly skeptical that they will; this seems like exactly the kind of low-key show that you toss out there with a sub-only DVD release, hope to make a moderate profit, and call it a success if you do. Sentai has surprised me before in this area though, so we'll see.

The time frame pretty much guarantees it won't be a Blu-ray release and casts heavy doubt on it being dubbed - the last Japanese volume won't ship until late October(unless they're going to start doing crazy things after the first two) and I don't think even Sentai can dub and ship a product in two months.

Excepting heavy delays(though we should probably expect minor ones), it's not being dubbed.
