Since they've already established that everyone loves Mana (including the villains) the most likely scenario is some new movie-only villain we haven't met yet kidnaps Mana intending to force her to marry him, and the plot of the movie is trying to rescue Mana.

clearly it is going to be a villanous "her" due to Mana crossplaying as some sort of prince for a school play.
