Recently, it has been announced that Hawaiian television network KIKU will rebroadcast the series starting in September 2006.

I looked on the KIKU-TV website, and only got info on Blue Blink and Crayon Shinchan. Anyone heard otherwise?

It's airing on the Funimation channel (or as mentioned Colours on Dish).
It's a good show I recommend checking it out! Kinda reminds me of Starship troopers.

BINGO!! I found it.

Tenchi Muyo GXP - Weeknights 10pm
Baki the Grappler - Weeknights 10:30pm

Looks like they are doing some program blocks from FUNimation Channel. Dunno about specific dates.

I'd still like to meet and then beat the asshat who insisted on letting [AS]'s rights to Blue Gender to expire!

Kim Mannings fault. She didn't like the fanservice in the anime.

(apparently, trying to redit above post for additional text freezes Firefox for some odd reason, so seeing if this works)

Since the 4 titles are FUNimation titles, is this a test bed idea of sorts for FUNimation to contract out some airtime on local TV stations?

I think they are just using their syndicated blocks to gain popularity in order to sign the FUNimation channel with other television providers and then reach more markets. I hope they can actually make it, just the fact that Coulors TV doubled the syndicated block is good I think. I know I certainly prefer more FUNi stuff than what usually airs on Colours, heck I didn't even know I had that channel until I found out about the anime block.

Here's to me hoping that dishnetwork gets rid of Colours and just gets the FUNi channel instead.

No way. Knowing how anime channels tend to work out, and knowing how cable and satellite companes tend to act, they'd place it on some super-premium package. At least with a daily four-hour CoLours block, I can get to watch a bunch of uncut anime without having to pay my ass off for just one extra channel.

To this day I wish the first copy [as] received was aired and didn't get the axe by Standards and Practices. It was nuts back in 2002 (or 2003?) seeing how much was edited out.

God I hate her now.

And last time I checked, there wasn't THAT much fanservice!
$10 says Kim Manning was a hairy-legged Feminazi in college.
