I will go ahead and predict things now:

Character Balance: No
Spam Prevention Online: No
Disconnection Losses: No
4th Combo: No
Story Mode: No, its going to be filler story

CC2 will just take storm 3, add a few new Naruto's and Sasuke's (plus unplayable storm 3 characters), remove story mode and add that filler world tournament thing and add team ultimate's for certain character = Storm Revolution....now $60 please
