Last year at AR, Yamaguchi Kappei signed multiple things for me for free. I believe if there is a fee for autographs at any convention, it is set by the guest/their manager themselves, rather than the convention itself. |

Yea, you're right. Last year north american guests charge autograph, but the Japanese guests didn't. It's probably up to the guests, since North American guests usually bring their own prints to sell. |
