Mad excited for this. Time to re-watch the TV series again! The wait has been too long..... Can't wait to see how amazing this will look with a movie budget.

Movie's are never optimal because we have to wait a long time in order to see it. However, the battles were amazing with a TV budget so to think of what it'll be like on a movie budget... *drools*

Also hoping for more Izuru/Kei!

What strange timing. Just bought volume 2 the other day. Pretty good show. Definitely cliché, but still very enjoyable.

Majestic Prince getting a film is something I'd never even contemplated. I thought the franchise had been forgotten and buried.

I'm kind of pleasantly shocked to be honest.

Aww, I'm pretty disappointed, I was hoping for a new season, I've even been re-watching in anticipation for it. Sad

I'm not very interested in movie continuations of a show unless it connects to the next season like K did. They just always feel empty and disappointing when you want a new season. And one of the main factors for me loving the show was the heartfelt chemistry between the characters and I don't see much of that happening in a 60 min+ movie.

So... a movie and another episode to set up the movie...

Making it part of the movie would be too hard? I get the idea of doing a rerun of the series as an ad for the movie but if they're going to be double running time... wait, 24 episodes scheduled for an hour a week... Well, if episode 25 is going to be an hour too then yeah, I can see the need to do it that way. More likely it'll be a twenty minute static, talky prologue followed by interviews and movie hype segments to fill out the running time.

Still, kind of sucks that they're not continuing the story they didn't finish the first time.

I wonder if any new songs will be used for the movie.

Chiaki Ishikawa and Natsumi Kon did well for the series, but I haven't seen any clues leaked yet about songs for the movie.

Yeah, can't wait to see how good the action looks in movie budget after how good they looked just on TV.

Thought it'd be a new season too, maybe the movie will set one up.
