Why did they changed the character style from the last movie? I really liked the last style more.

So far my criticism is I can't tell Joe and Jet apart in the where do you want to fall bit during that flashback. Also I think Joe's eyes are to small in relation to the hair covering the other half of his face but that is an ongoing issue lately. At least in CGI it's textured.

After that last stinker of a movie, I'm shocked they gave Kamiyama another chance. Eh, maybe it did well in Japan. I'd prefer a movie in the style of the 2001 TV series, these CG movies look terrible.
I just hope Kamiyama isn't desperately trying to be his mentor Oshii in this like in the last. Just because he surpassed him in GitS, doesn't mean he can be the "new Oshii". |

Can someone which is the core, the substance of the whole franchise? And why exactly the previous one was as bad as they say? Some newcomeers like me are going to be confused

So FUNI has one the movies and I was wondering.....
Is that sequel or remake or alternate universe? Because I not watching the TV series. Got too much on my plate now. |

I should start keeping a list of posts where I agree with you. The 2001 animation was decent. I suppose a reason for the awful movie graphics is because they want that look that appeals to modern technology. |

I can't wait to see this, I love the cyborg 009 manga it's great! Hopefully, this one will be better than 009 re:cyborg because that was weird as hell.

animation looks like it was ported from a low res console game.
What crying shame, they can't afford descent animation for this storied classic. |
