So, basically a way to sell $2 worth of cardboard and odds and ends of parts - for $70.

P.T. Barnum was right.

The game comes with it.

Seeing Labo reminded me of Yu-Gi-Oh! Labo. With that said... can I make a Duel Disk?

I don’t think anybody had ever expected this from Nintendo. They surprised all of us yet again.

And yet, in hindsight, it makes perfect sense. The Switch's HD Rumble can do a lot of interesting things if applied resoucefully enough, and Nintendo has never stopped being a toy company overall--they just have a focus on video games specifically.

I can't imagine how angry some parents will be after spending $70-$80 and the cardboard gets demolished. Pretty amusing play by Nintendo to see just how much some Nintendo fans will pay for it though.

This being so, I now longingly await someone entering a fighting game tournament using a controller made of cardboard. It brings to mind the time I wished to economise on building an arcade cabinet by using an old box rather than anything sturdier.

Nintendo has been on a roll since last year and this cardboard concept is amazingly mind-blowing for everyone. I hope this works out for them.

They will be selling replacement kits without the software if you can't fix it yourself, as well as making the plans available for free in case anyone wants to make their own repairs or use their own materials.
