Huh, this sounds interesting. I dropped the TV series because I didn't have time to watch it weekly, and it didn't seem interesting enough to catch up with it later. I was kind of surprised to learn about the existence of these movies, I didn't even think that the anime, or the manga, did well enough to warrant more anime adaptations. Apparently I was wrong.
Now I'm interested enough to catch up and then watch the movies... and I guess any excuse is a good excuse to hear more of Nakamura Yuuichi and Sakurai Takahiro. When they put their mind into a performance they're always a treat to listen to - Nakamura in particular is such a great seiyuu and he definitely deserves more recognition than he gets. (And he and Sakurai have great chemistry so I always love to hear them in roles where they interact often.) |

I have tickets to see these movies on Monday and I can’t wait! I didn’t watch the series until earlier this year and I really enjoyed it, so I’m glad we get more time with these characters. Plus as the person above me said, Nakamura and Sakurai are great actors, so I’m looking forward to their performances.
