It flabbergasts me how much better this looks than the Pocket Monsters games on Switch do. Level 5 certainly cares about their franchise.

Not sure why we're commenting on Pokemon for Switch yet since the new gen hasn't even been previewed for it yet. If you're talking Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee, well yeah it's a remake of a GBC game for crying out loud. It looks impressive enough as it is for a remake of an original game with that limited graphical capabilities, but I'm sure the proper next gen game will be more graphically detailed.

If Level-5 really wants Yo-kai Watch to hit big stateside, then this might be the game that will be able to do it - especially since it's more action-oriented than its 3DS predecessors.
