I think Monkey Punch would have done a great job at DC if he was asked to. I think he did a great job with Supergirl and Batman. It's good to know that he liked American cartoons and comics. It's great to know that you can like stuff outside your own country and still enjoy the good stuff of your own country. Seeing this just makes it all the sadder that he's left us. But,there's nothing like going out with a bang. Here's to you,Monkey Punch. You left us with great stuff. It's sad you're no longer with us.

Well,AiddonValentine,you're not alone. I can also imagine that in some alternate universe somewhere that DC would have hired him to do something like this and I could also see it being a big success. Just by the drawings he left behind,Monkey Punch would have loved doing something like this. Heck,I could even see him slipping him some of his own characters in the comic. It's a shame it didn't happen. I think it would have been something great.
