I’ve found doing the Naruto run is very good if you’re sprinting in a straight line. It’s great at creating momentum right out of the gate, but I agree with her that it really can’t give you balance. In other words, don’t compete with the Naruto run unless it’s the 100 meters.

The Naruto Run is only good for short sprints.
